Important information

On behalf of Havila Voyages, we regret to inform you that Havila Capella will unfortunately not be able to call at the ports between Ålesund – Bergen – Ålesund due to safety reasons caused by unforeseen weather conditions and strong winds.

The ship will stop in Ålesund on the southbound voyage and will resume the northbound route from Ålesund on Tuesday, 24 March 2026 at 20:00.

For guests who were scheduled to board in Bergen on 23 March, we will arrange overnight accommodation in Bergen and bus transportation from Bergen to Ålesund, where Havila Capella will be ready for embarkation.

Updated travel plan will be as follows:

New starting point: THON HOTEL ORION / THON HOTEL ROSENKRANTZ (Bergen city centre)

Check-in from 15:00

Our representatives will meet you and assist you upon arrival.

Dinner will be served from 19:30. Please inform us of any food allergies upon arrival.

For guests who require transportation, the following bus departures from Jektevik Terminal to the hotel will be arranged:

Bus transportation Bergen – Ålesund (approx. 7–8 hours including stops):

Lunch at Scandic Sunnfjord Førde

Embarkation in Ålesund

The ship will resume the northbound route from Ålesund on Tuesday evening 24 March.
